Licensing Scheme

SoccerCoachingInternational is seeking to establish further partnerships with companies in non-English speaking countries to license (market and resell) the SoccerCoachingInternational online concept, including the e-Magazine and all the inclusive benefits.  Within an individualised and tailored agreement, access and permission can be granted to published (copyright) material for translation and re-publication, and also reselling agreements where applicable.

This scheme is designed to take SoccerCoachingInternational to new audiences and customers in new regions and countries; furthering and enriching the SCI network of football/soccer coaching perspectives and experiences. The prospective audience of native subscribers will therefore benefit from SCI in their native language, whilst potentially sharing and also contributing with geographical and cultural footballing relevance. Agreement and Licence within this scheme will offer partners remunerate reselling benefits (subject to contract).

Licensee criteria and obligation
As a SoccerCoachingInternational Authorized Licensee and the representative of the SoccerCoachingInternational brand, we expect you to act with professionalism and integrity in your customer relations.

The licensee should supply their own website to home the SoccerCoachingInternational products or we can supply a website at an additional fee.

The licensee may only sell the SoccerCoachingInternational product as a subscription (with the exception of back issues, which may be sold as individual products)

The licensee will adhere to the same subscription rates as the English version, currently with a 20% margin for temporary promotional items:
- Full subscription (e-magazine, website features and editor): €44.95
- Editor subscription: €29.95

The licensee is responsible for all translations

The SoccerCoachingInternational logo must be included on all features at all times. You mean come up with your own website name and domain, but the website should clearly state it is part of the SoccerCoachingInternational network.

MySoccerExercises.com
All licensees must agree to buy 250 accounts at €10 per account to the SoccerCoachingInternational editor software MySoccerExercises.com. In exchange you will receive 250 activation codes for the editor software. If you wish to purchase more codes you can do so at a rate of €10 per code/account, with a minimum of 250. The software will be translated in the licensees.

SoccerCoachingInternational content:

In addition the licensee may opt to include other SoccerCoachingInternational features.

In exchange for a yearly fee, the licensee can buy the rights to sell a translated version of the English magazine. The e-Magazine may be translated in the licensee’s native language and published on the licensee’s websites for subscription purposes. A yearly fee of €2500 for 10 e-Magazines applies (regardless of the amount of subscriptions you sell). The magazines will be made available to the licensee upon publication of the English version
- Magazine layout will be supplied in In design
- Articles will be supplied in MS Word (in English)
- All exercises, diagrams and photos will be supplied

All archive features (previous magazines, exercises from the exercise database and library articles) will be made available to be translated in the licensee’s native language and published on the licensee’s website. A yearly fee of €2500 applies (regardless of the amount of subscriptions you sell)

What this means for you?

In order to make the SoccerCoachingInternational concept available in your country you would pay;
    * €2500/ year for the 10 e-magazines, and/or
    * €2500/year for all archive features, and/or
    * €2500/year for 250 activation codes for use (and €2500 for all subsequent 250 accounts)

Website
In order to sell the SoccerCoachingInternational you will need a website. You have to provide your own website

Payments
When we come to an agreement, the payments will be made as follows:

Upon agreement (for example, 1st April) the licensee will pay the amount due (2500, 500 or 7500 depending on which content you want)

If after 4 months (on August 1st) the licensee sold 250 subscription and is out of activation codes, he will buy an additional 250 activation code and will pay €2.500

If after another 2 months (on October 1st) the licensee is out of codes again and will buy an additional 250 activation code and will pay €2.500

The next year the licensee will receive an invoice on:
- April 1st: €2.500, €5.000 or €7.500 (depending on the content purchased
- August 1st: €2.500 (for the additional 250 accounts/code to MySoccerExercises.com)
- October 1st: €2.500 (for the additional 250 accounts/code to MySoccerExercises.com)
